Hilltop Massage Therapy offers individualized massage to help bring your body into better alignment, relieving chronic pain and tension. Sessions often combine several of these techniques, depending on the needs of the client. Hot Stone massage is the only treatment that involves additional charges; all other techniques are included and used as needed.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage uses firm pressure and slow, deep strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia to relieve chronic aches and pains. It can also aid in rehabilitation and sports-related muscle recovery, improve mobility and improve postural problems. Includes trigger-point release.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage includes a mixture of Swedish and Deep Tissue strokes, and then everything is "melted" by massaging with smooth, warmed Basalt stones.
Swedish Massage uses light to medium strokes to sooth and relax the body while also invigorating the muscles and stimulating circulation. Stress is the number one enemy of good health, and Swedish Massage is a fantastic stress reliever.
Neural Reset Therapy
Neural Reset Therapy is an advanced technique that uses pain-free manual stimulation to reset muscle tone and muscle length of both acutely and chronically tight muscles. This technique can loosen muscles immediately, providing relief for muscle tightness does not respond to other techniques.
Myoskeletal Alignment techniques are a unique bodywork system developed by the well-known massage therapist Erik Dalton. These techniques are designed to relieve pain, restore function and rebalance the body. Brenda has studied with Dr. Dalton and offers these techniques to her clients.
All session times listed are hands-on time. Please allow 10 additional minutes for assessment and dressing.

Our massage therapist, Brenda Hill, has spent a lifetime healing people. Her first career was as a Registered Nurse working in Neonatal Intensive Care. After taking a break to raise her family, she looked for her next foray into the healing professions. Her own personal healing after a neck injury and surgery led her to choose Massage Therapy. She completed the Massage Therapy program at Body Therapy Institute in Siler City in 2016 and has been practicing since then. In her own words, "It is my sincere desire to assist my clients in maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle with minimal injuries and pain."
